This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is attempting to set up WPML XML configuration to translate the uagb/info-box block, but the title is not being translated despite the XML configuration.
Solution:
We found that there were two XML codes for the info box (uagb/info-box) in the WPML-> Settings-> Custom XML tab. We commented out these codes. We recommend that the client creates a test page, uses the Info Box, and tries translating it to see if the issue is resolved.
If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems outdated, we advise checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that the latest versions of themes and plugins are installed.
