This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing issues with translating the cart and checkout pages created with the Divi Theme Builder. While other templates were translating correctly, the cart and checkout pages were not displaying as expected in the translated language.

Solution:
1. We requested temporary admin access to the client's site to investigate the issue.
2. We suspected that the problem might be due to the absence of the WooCommerce Multilingual (WCML) add-on.
3. We asked for the client's permission to duplicate the site using the "Duplicator" plugin for local testing, ensuring that the client created a full backup of their website first.
4. After the client set up a staging site, we confirmed successful login and began our investigation.
5. We discovered that the issue was indeed related to not using the WCML plugin. We also updated the WPML plugins to the latest versions.
6. After installing and configuring the WCML plugin and updating WPML plugins, the cart and checkout templates displayed correctly.

If the solution provided here does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi, I'm having trouble with the translation of my cart and checkout page. I used the Divi Theme builder to create a cart and checkout page. I know how to translate theme builder layouts and did this for other templates, like the shop page. For all the layouts it works perfectly, but not for the layouts of the cart and checkout page

Here is the cart page in the original language (Dutch): hidden link

And here is the cart page in the translated language (English): hidden link

Hi there.

I just wanted to let you know that I am still looking into this.

Hopefully, I will be able to get back to you by the end of tomorrow (I also don't work on the weekends so that is why we also had some extra delay).

I'm leaving the ticket assigned to myself.

Hi Simon.

This issue is more advanced than I initially estimated.

To further debug the problem I’d like to replicate your site locally.

My guess is that this issue might happen due to the fact that the WCML (WooCommerce Multilingual add-on) is not installed.

I will need your written approval to be able to duplicate your site using a plugin called "Duplicator" and test your site on a testing environment so can you please let me know if this is ok with you?

After we find a solution for this, the duplicated site will be deleted.

Also, please create a full website backup before answering.

I will be waiting for your response.

Hi Simon.

Sure, it would be great if you can do that so that we don't risk messing something up on the live site.

Thank you!

Mihai

I can confirm that I was able to log in successfully.

I am spending more time on this and I will get back to you as soon as I have more feedback.

I will leave the ticket assigned to myself for the moment.

PS: Just note that there's a weekend ahead and I don't work on the weekends so I will be able to get back to you at the beginning of next week.

Hope that's ok.

Thank you for your amazing patience, Simon!

Indeed, it seems that the issue was related to NOT using the WCML plugin.

But I also updated the WPML plugins (main and WPML ST) to the latest version, too.

I'm attaching some screenshots, too.

So, the template shows correctly for me now.

Can you also please take a look and confirm if things look good on your end, too?

I will be waiting for your response.

Thank you!
