I am trying to translate my website from Slovenian into four other languages using the WPML plugin. My site is already built and uses the Emphires theme and the Emphires Elementor addon. I have followed the documentation for custom XML config in order to do that.
Symptoms:
I am having problems finding strings, translating them, and elements randomly not showing despite custom XML config. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link. Previously, when translating other languages, the banner disappeared and translations were not applied, but after clearing cache and JS/CSS, it worked. Now, after manually translating the last language on salax.me, there is no banner and translations are missing.

Why are elements like the banner not showing after translation?
How can I ensure that translations are applied correctly after clearing cache and JS/CSS?
