kyleV-2	Background of the issue: I am currently using WPML to translate my website which is built in Elementor. I am following documentation from WPML regarding translating Elementor templates. Symptoms: The translation of my header and footer changes the design, even though the words translate correctly. Questions: Can you help with the design changes in the translated header and footer?

You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
