Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the header on my website, but some items are not appearing as expected. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
Most of the menu items and submenu items are entirely missing when I translate the header.

Questions:
Why are header's items not translated and missing when I switch the language?
How can I ensure all menu items are translated?
