Hi. Yes - this is in Hebrew only.
The English menu allows me to create subitems - see hidden link (this is a new menu I just created)
Hence the problem is in WPML (the problem doesn't exist for English menus).
We have WPML sites using about 20 other languages, including Arabic (rtl) - these are all fine
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:
thank you for sharing the information. After activating another theme, I was able to edit the menus as needed. The issue was only reproduced using the IBL Woo Theme, which suggests that the problem is related to a compatibility issue with WPML.
I will escalate your ticket to our compatibility team. To achieve that, I kindly ask you to reproduce the issue in a Sandbox environment. That really helps our dev team to investigate the issue in a controlled environment. You can access the Sandbox with the following link:

I already activated the desired languages and made the base configurations for WPML. Please install your theme and recreate the issue.
Tell me if you need any assistance during this process! Thanks in advance.
Thanks. We can't do this, as our theme is dependent on resources only available on our network. How can we find logs for troubleshooting the wpml errors? It is obviously causing an error, but very difficult to track down
Ok, thanks for sharing and for your patience. So, to escalate your issue, I will send the staging access details to our development team. You said your theme is server resources dependent. Yet, could you also provide me with a Duplicator copy? This way we can also check for differences between the environments and if the cause is server-related.
As for the debug information, please activate the debug information for WordPress, reproduce the error and share the log with me. The first 50 lines should be enough.
Thanks
There aren’t any debug errors to share. If there were, we’d know what to look at/how to fix this. It silently fails without server or client-side errors.
Duplicator (free) doesn’t support WP networks.
We have zip files of the database export for barcodes-israel.co.il and the parent (intbarcodesroot) and child (wooint) themes. How can we send these to you?
You can upload them to Google Drive (or any other platform of your preference) and send me the download links. I'd also need the website files. Please let me know once I can download them.
I've marked your next reply as private, so no one else has access to your files.
Thank you for sharing. You sent me the database file, the parent, and child theme, is that correct? As I said in my last reply, I also need the website files, which are normally located on the root folder of your website. Without them, we won't be able to reproduce the error. Please send them in a zip file. I activated the private reply for you.
I had to remove a number of directories to keep the size out of the GB range while zipped.
