Could you please restore the staging version of the website? Please deactivate all plugins, except for WPML. From my side, deactivating plugins has led to a critical error which I can't fix, since I don't have FTP access.

Just to give you some context, when debugging issues like the one you are having, we seek to analyze the error in an isolated environment. In your case, it's probable that the error is related to your theme, so we need to have only your theme and WPML installed. I haven't managed to achieve that yet because:

1. The Back End is partially glitchy (the interface is broken and has missing or non-functional features);
2. Deactivating the plugins in staging leads to a critical error;
3. Activating the child theme locally leads to a critical error;
4. Issue is not reproducible in Sandbox;
5. We don't have FTP access;

I apologize for the back and forth, but I really need to have a more isolated version of the issue, so our developers can analyze it more efficiently. I'll wait for your feedback.

We’ve taken it back to the core plugins. You had deactivated WooCommerce which caused the fatal error as other plugins and theme code expects it to be active.
Here’s what’s left:

Hi. We see that Duplicator Pro is required for networks. Do you have a copy of this that can be installed?
Also, we have concerns about it including automation, because that is symlinked into each or our networks. And if it doesn’t include automation, the theme will error as discussed previously..

I finally managed to get feedback and take your issue further.

As for the Duplicator PRO, please inform me the URL of the website that will be copied, so I can create a license for it and send you.

Our developer team kindly asked you to try to modify the Menu with Redis Cache disabled and share the results.
