Typically the way you would add translation would be just go to WPML->Translation Mangement and sent for translation or assign to yourself for transltaion.
OR you can go from pages / posts and click on "+" to add the translation.
1. Contact page
I manually edited the item via WP Editor -- it was hard to do because of the white font on the white background.
2. Industries
I went to Pages -> edit the industries page -> click on update -> updated the translation and now it looks OK.
3. homepage
The homepage attribute from WordPress is not assigned to the translated version.
I have resolved this now and it's showing OK.
4. services - menu issue
I went to WPML->Translation Management->Selected the navigation items and resend for translation, this seems to have done the trick.
Also the following plugins are not needed on your environment, I have deactivated them as that will increase performance.
Gravity Forms Multilingual
BuddyPress Multilingual
WPML All Import
WPML Export and Import
WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency
Hello there, thanks for deactivating them! and also thanks for the home page it is really great that you managed to fix it!
-as for the home page unfortunately the translation is not right so whenever i edit it myself it doesnt apply on the home page though i save it
-also for the industries page i still cant edit this part because it is not even showing while i translate + also when you scroll down to the boxes you will see they are not at the same line although it is at same line in english
-and the contact us page it seems to be a little space which made the box goes down i dont know why it happend after the translation also not all of the word inside the Brackets is translated
-also as for the services page i checked again but same issue whenever i click on it in the menu it goes to the english page please check this video
