[Closed] Help with reinstating Advanced Translator Editor

Background of the issue:
We have a live site with translations that we want to continue developing on our development site. We had set the pages to manual translations because the Advanced Translator Editor was messing up the translations we had already vetted.

Symptoms:
Whenever the original language (English) is edited, the translated pages don't adjust with the edits, requiring design adjustments to be made for each language.

Questions:
What would be a way to get the pages on our development site to be connected in such a way that we only have to adjust the translation of the text, and not the whole page any time such edits occur?
