Thanks for your reply. I’ve received feedback from our 2nd Tier Support team. To clarify, are you requesting that the credits be refunded back to your WPML account so you can reuse them on your website, or are you requesting a monetary refund back to your original payment method?
Hi , i wish to get the money back on my creditcard. I was misinformed by my develoepr to use WPML with my site. Since i will not use the WPML service + the credits i have bought i want the refund for the sucbription i started at WPML + the credits so both needs to be cancelled + refunded please
