Hello there, I'm still unable to solve this issue. I was wondering if you can duplicate my website to one of your server to debug further. Please let me know if this is possible.

Hi Shekhar, the hosting company is not saying anything about CPU speed (I have asked 3 times). They say that current hosting should be enough to run WPML. I have migrated the website to Cloudways. Let me know if you need anything else

Hello there,

You can log in to the migrated site with the same login details as your site, I don't see any issue in the migrated server and it seems to be working properly. I would suggest you to verify.

I suggest you check performances here and see if it's better than your site. If not, I suggest to provide us with the URLs where you see those issues.

It will be really hard to debug this issue, if the hosting company is not helping us, for us, it's looking like there is no issue at all, and it would be really helpful if they could provide detailed insights on the reasons for the cpu usage if possible from their side.

Hi Shekhar, thank you for your message and help. Did you try viewing/editing/updating a product? You did not change anything expect the hosting and the options you switched off previously on our staging website? Can you tell me what options you switched off? I will do the same on the live website.

I have bought the pro version of Code Profiler plugin. Here you can see the most demanding scripts and functions. You can try it on the cloudways website. It also looks like the theme is having impact on the load time of WPML.

Hello there,

No, I didn't update anything, do I need to update the product to get the high CPU usage? If there is a specific product, please let me know. I will check the issue in details on Monday.

The settings I changed are the following:

- Go to the WPML -> String Translation module
- Scroll down and disable the "Auto register strings for translation" option
- Go to WPML -> Languages -> Make themes work multilingual and disable the "Adjust IDs for multilingual functionality" option.

Hello there,

WPML plugins will use most resources in your website as they will need to connect all your site's content and translate/link them. This is not just with WPML but the same happens with all multilingual content.

I tried to update the product on the Cloudways site and I can do so within 3-5 seconds, I also disable all plugins except WPML and can do this within 2-3 seconds, I don't see any issues that are like creating 100% CPU usage, so can you check this once?

If you can provide me the times that are taking you to update/edit/create a product that will be helpful to debug further.

Hi Shekhar, we have decided to move to another hosting company. I hope this will solve the issue. I will come back if the issue persists on the new hosting.
