Hello There, In our Translation management system, I only can see that the English homepage has been translated into Russian. I haven't noticed any French translation there. Could you please confirm that the French language is active on your site and it is not set to "Hidden"? - Please go to "WPML > Languages" If there is no issue with the French language, please try the following. - From your WordPress Dashboard, switch to "French" language Please let me know the update. Hello There, To fully understand the underlying reason for the problem with the translation review, a more detailed inspection will be necessary. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you. Hello There, I investigated and resolved the problem with the Russian Translation. During my review, I found that the Homepage content was configured in the Theme Options (accessible via Appearance > Theme Option > Home). Consequently, I deleted the content that was manually added to the default homepage, updated the page, and submitted it for translation. This allowed me to successfully complete the translation review. Please note that the homepage content continued to display correctly in the default language even after the manual additions were removed. Since the content is inserted through the Theme options, they got registered as strings. To display the translated contents on the Russian Homepage, I updated the Strings listed under "admin_texts_inspiry_options," and it resolved the issue.
