[Closed] How can I add myself as a translator? Why is it so difficult to translate content?

Hi

I am desperate with WPML-translation complexity. For example if I need to correct something in a Gravity Form, I can't just edit the translation. I have to change something useless in the original loanguage, then I have to send the the form intor translation. But I can't do this, as I need to be added as a translator firs, even when I am an admin. But this is aparently not possible as I cannot add myself as translator. Why is this so complicated?

I would like to be able to edit translations as an admin without the whole translation process. How can I do this? Thank you for your help.

Thank you for contacting us

If your user has an administrator role, then you don't need to assign yourself as a translator. You will be automatically set as a translation manager, so you can access any translation on the site.

Can you provide an example so I can guide you through the steps? This will be easier to do 🙂

I have set your next message private, and I kindly ask you to share the access credentials to the site. Also, please share a URL or describe the steps you are following to update a translation, so I can reproduce the same steps on a video describing the options and the best practices.
