[Closed] How do I access previous AI support chats?

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

Thank you for your question.

At the moment, there is no way to access previous chats with the AI support agent, as those conversations are private and not stored in a way that can be revisited but we are working on this feature.

In most cases, you should receive a summary of the conversation via email once the chat is closed or completed.
