How do I change the name of person who creates projects in WPML

WPML is taking this information from WordPress and from WPML > Translation Dashboard > Manage Translators and Services. Does the user no longer exist in the database of your site? Could you please provide me with the site URL for the affected website, so that I can look it up inside our translation system?
