Background of the issue:
I purchased the pay-as-you-go option for my auto translate feature on WPML. I want to disable auto translate for posts with Draft status and Trash status to avoid using credits on unused posts, pages, or other post types.

Symptoms:
I cannot find documentation about disabling auto translate for Draft and Trash status posts.

Questions:
How can I disable auto translate for Draft status posts?
How can I disable auto translate for Trash status posts?
