I am trying to create a comparison website usent Rehub theme and content egg and external importer to work on affiliate marketing.
I contacted the theme support and they adviced me to contact you please find attached screenshot.
Is there any documentation that you are following?
yes the documentation of Rehub theme and yours too.
Is there a similar example that we can see?
Actually I do not know an arabic example for such project idea.
When you say you want to prevent conversion of links, do you mean that you want both versions of a page to point to the original language of another page?

I changed the permalink settings to Plain as the theme support adviced me then all arabic pages did not work and showing 404 error

Okay, I believe I may know the reason it does not work in the Arabic version.
I believe you are correct in assuming that the reason is that in the Arabic version, the theme option is not selected.
In order for it to have the correct value, please try the following:
- Get the id of the Comparison page (it is in the URL when you edit the page)
- Get the id of the Arabic Comparison page (same way)
- In the backend, set the English value of the theme option correctly
- Go to WPML -> Theme and Plugins Localization, select the theme and scan
- Go to WPML -> String Translation. Using the search bar, search for the id of the English Comparison page. In the translation you need to put the Arabic page id https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/#choosing-which-strings-to-display
- If you do not find it there, in the bottom of the String Translation tab there is "Translate texts in admin screens" link. Go to that page and look for the id of the English Comparison page, then add it to the String Translation https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#strings-arent-selected-for-translation
