This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed to translate the 'Book Now' text located in the banner area of the template on their website.
Solution:
We recommended that the client use the WPML String Translation plugin to translate the strings. Detailed instructions on how to use the plugin can be found here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/
Additionally, we asked the client to provide information on where the 'top banner' section is generated, as it was not clear whether it was part of theme options, a page builder, or hard-coded into the template.

Please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Thanks for your reply.

Please try translating the strings using the String Translation plugin as explained here https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/

Thank you for responding.

Can you indicate where this section is generated? In the source code, it's labeled as "top banner," but I'm unable to locate any theme options or page builders that generate this section. Could you provide guidance on how to edit this section? Is it hard-coded?

This is located at the banner area of template

If it's destination single page then template will be single-destination.php

Thank you for getting back to me.

Unfortunately, I can't access your template files without FTP access. Nevertheless, could you please verify whether the strings you're attempting to translate are wrapped in a text domain name, as explained here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/enabling-text-translation-for-themes-not-compatible-with-wpml/ ?

If you're unsure, it might be helpful to check with your theme developer. Once the strings are wrapped in a text domain, you can perform a scan, as outlined here: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#scan-the-theme-or-plugin . This should make them appear in the String Translation dashboard for translation.
