This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
I translated the site succesfully. The only part which did not translate properly is the Mollie form

Solution:
To fix it, I went to WPML -> Settings -> Post Types Translation > Mollie Forms (mollie-forms) and marked it as 'Translatable (use translation if available or fallback to default language)'.

Now if I go to 'Mollie Forms' I can see the Donation form in there and it is possible to add a translation for it.

Hey there,

Thank you for contacting our support.

Can you please try to go to WPML -> String Translation and look for those strings to see if you can translate them separately?

If you can't find them, please try this:

Go to WPML > String Translation and at the bottom of the page you will find a checkbox called "Look for strings while pages are rendered". You can enable (check) that and then go in the front end to a page where you have that form showing up and then go back to WPML > String Translation and search for those strings and see if they now show up.

If you can't still find them for translation, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.

Hey there,

Thank you for sharing that info.

I checked it and I was able to see that the form was defined as not translatable.

Can you please try translating the form again and tell me the results?

Thank you,

Mateus

Your action showed a English version but it only translated the forms name. I was able to open the form and manually translated the text. Thanks I am good for now!
