This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needs to translate a string in the custom post format URL in the permalinks, specifically the segment "praca-za-granica" to different languages.
Solution:
We explained that custom strings added to the custom structure permalink are not directly translatable via WPML. We recommended creating a custom parent category with the same slug and assigning it to the posts. This approach allows the category/post-name permalink structure to maintain a consistent appearance across translations. Additionally, we suggested that the client might need custom programming work, which is beyond our support scope. For this, we advised contacting one of our certified partners. Hello there,

Welcome to WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this.

Unfortunately, custom strings added on the custom structure permalink are not translatable.

One solution will be to create a custom parent category with the same slug and assign it to the posts, this way with category/post-name permalink the slug will look like same.

You can also achieve using custom programming work, which is beyond the scope of our support.

I would suggest you consider contacting one of our certified partners from this link if needed: http://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-contractors/

Before doing so please have a look also here:

You will get the custom assistance you need to get on with your project.

I am sorry, I couldn't be much help here.

Thanks
