This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed to translate the SEO title, meta description, and author bio of the author archive page on their website using WPML.
Solution:
1. Navigate to WPML > String Translation.
2. In the bottom section, enable "Edit user roles" within the "Translate user properties" section.
3. Use the text search field at the top or select specific text domains to find the strings you want to translate.
4. Optionally, create a translation job for these strings at WPML > Translation Management > Dashboard > Other texts.
5. If the author's text is not available for translation, go to the user profile, edit and save the text again, and ensure it is registered new in WPML > String Translation. Adjust the source language of the string if necessary.

I have been searching but I am having issues to find that text that you refer to on your website.

Could you please pass me a link to a page where I can see the issue?

Hi Andreas,

Thanks for your follow-up.

I’m attaching two screenshots for clarity:

From the User Edit page, where you can see I’ve updated the Biographical Info text.

From the WPML String Translation page, where you can see the updated text is not reflected — it still shows the previous version.

Finally, if you visit any blog post in any language, you’ll see that the biographical text displayed at the bottom of the page still shows only in Spanish — it doesn’t appear translated.

I hope this information helps clarify the issue, and I really appreciate your support in helping me get this resolved.

Best regards,
Diego

It looks like you are not translating the correct string.

The author's text is currently registered as English text. I would suggest you delete this string from WPML > String Translation.

Then go to your profile and save the text again.

The text should now be registered again at WPML > String Translation. As you are now using Spanish text, you will need to adjust the source language of the string inside WPML > String Translation.

Hi Andreas, thank you. I found the correct string. It was from Yoast that I controlled.
Thank you very much for your help!
