While I was testing it seemed that the translation in English was somehow frozen, no matter what changes I did on the attributes in Italian, nothing was being updated on the English version, it was always showing the whole list of attributes you have (until I disabled all the plugins except the WPML and WCML ones).
Is there any cache mechanism on the server side (I saw the Cloudflare plugin, which wasn't set on the staging site)?

I was able to test further locally in a more minimal setup and the issue still persists.
To further troubleshoot the issue I escalated it to the 2nd tier support team.
I will update you as soon as I have an update from the team.
I have a request from the team: could you please share a link of a product were the issue is actually happening as I see that on the one you shared it is showing correctly.

if you refer to the online webiste is ok because I delete the translation and make them from new. But I can not do this everytime the customer want to add or modify a variable.
But the duplicator I gave you was the version of the site with the problem, right?

Sorry for the late reply due to Christmas holiday.
On the staging site when 1 add a new attribute by:
- adding attribute on default language (it gets added on the translation as well)
- translate the attribute with Advanced Editor (the attribute gets removed from translation)
- just update the default language product (the attribute gets added in the translation and translated as well)
Would it be possible to check if the same happens on your live website, so we can check further?
