This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing an API 404 error after purchasing and assigning 40,000 credits to their website.
Solution:
We asked the client to confirm which website they assigned the credits to and to provide screenshots showing that the credits have been assigned. Additionally, we requested the client to enable debug information and share it with us for further investigation. The client can find instructions on how to provide this information at the following link: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/
