Hello,

I am having an issue with WPML and my Product Add-Ons plugin.

The product add-ons appear correctly in the original product language, but they do not show up in the translated Spanish version of the products.

I have already translated the products into Spanish, but the add-on fields are missing on the Spanish product page.

Could you please help me understand why the Product Add-Ons are not appearing in the translated products and how I can fix this?

Hello.

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, our AI support agent could not properly identify the plugin that you are using for product add-ons. Currently, WPML is fully compatible with the WooCommerce Product Add-ons, developed by WooCommerce itself. Apparently, you are using a different plugin, named hidden link, developed by Acowebs.

We do not know about the compatibility status for that plugin with WPML - we do not have records for it, and we have not tested it. However, the plugin author has some documentation about it, hidden link. I would suggest that you check it, and eventually consult with their support team about their compatibility policy.
