Background of the issue:
I made a translation copy of the page where Divi Events Calendar plugin is used with the help of WPML. First, it looked the same. Then I wanted some strings to be translated properly, and after that the page started to look different. I deleted this page, made a new copy with the same result. For demonstration purposes I made a copy of the page again and recorded this on video. The default language of the site is Russian (РУ). I am translating into Estonian (ET)

Symptoms:
The translated page started to look different after translating some strings. The copy of the page is now not visible at all.

Questions:
Why is it not possible to make a transaltion copy of the Schedule?

Hi there,

If I understand correctly the Divi plugin is add-on to the Events Calendar plugin.

In this case please review this documentation on how to translate events calendar with WPML.
https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/build-multilingual-events-websites-events-calendar-wpml/

Also, it looks like the video you mentioned did not come through with your original reply for me to review.

Hello Bobby
Sorry, I did attach it, but your system which paraphrased my original message, removed it... and i did not notice that. Here it is hidden link

Meanwhile i will study the documentation you sent. But i think it can hardly help, as I already translated almost everything, everything from WP plugin (events, for example), dates were transalted by WP automatically. THe problem which you can see from the video is that the page with this Calendar (hidden link) can not be made at all with WPML, it does mot show...

In case you need info on Divi Event Plugin which uses WP Event PLugin - here it is hidden link

I guess that the problem is with incompatibility between Divi plugin and WPML, the guy who made Divi addon could not help me at all and sent me to you.

So strange - no one has turned up here for the whole day... although I have been specially waiting at the desktop.... seems like it is the issue not to be solved....

Thank you for the information. Please keep in mind the time difference between us, and note that this is an email correspondence, not a live chat support ticket where responses are immediate.

I am not familiar with this specific plugin, there may be a compatibility issue with WPML, as it has not been tested by our team.

You can check our compatibility list here: WPML Plugin Compatibility.

If possible, I would like to take a closer look to verify this issue further.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Thank you,
Bobby
