Hello Andreas, thanks for the response. But I don't think you understood my point. I am locked from doing anything in WPML. When I click on WPML > Translation management, this is the screen I see (attached). The tabs that are showing in your instructions (Dashboard, Translators, Tools) within Translation Management are not visible or available. Can I not generate this migration code from my WPML dashboard on WPML.org? Or please suggest another solution

My apologies that I missed this detail.
Now, on your last screenshot, you see a migration banner. It says that hidden link is now at hidden link and WPML needs to know if this site was copied (Staging, clone) or migrated completely.
This means, that this banner usually only appears once the site is migrated to a new server or changed its domain or domain provider and WPML needs to know how it should proceed with the credits for automatic translations.
When I visit hidden link inside a browser I land at hidden link
It does not look to me as if you are planning to run more than one site with WPML and merge those sites to share their translation memory, glossary, and credits or subscriptions for automatic translation, do I understand this correctly?
On wpml.org when searching for your e-mail I only find: hidden link
If so, then the question is, why WPML is why WPML now registers hidden link with its actual IP address and confuse it with a different web address?
Do you maybe have some entry inside the wp-config.php file that might cause this confusion on our system?
