[Closed] I can not install WPML

Background of the issue:
I am developing a site and trying to activate WPML.

Symptoms:
When I try to activate WPML, I get an error.

Questions:
Hi .I want to migrate all my multilingual content from Polylang to WPML, but I'm currently stuck at this activation step.
Could you please help me identify what’s causing this error, and guide me on how to properly migrate from Polylang to WPML?
