Problem:
The client is experiencing an error message 'Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page' when trying to complete the setup of the WPML plugin.
Solution:
We have reset and finished the setup wizard for the client. If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend checking your user permissions and ensuring that you have administrative rights to complete the setup. If the problem persists, it might be due to a temporary issue or specific configuration on your site.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue continues, please open a new support ticket with us for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I have set the WPML plugin and in the last step when I click on 'done' it shows an error message.

Symptoms:
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

Questions:
Why am I seeing the 'Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page' message?
How can I complete the setup of the WPML plugin?

Hello Drazen,

Thank you for your assistance.

But for the header bar (Menu) I can see only Arabic my website is mainly Arabic and I would like to translate it to English by the plugin.

If you look at the menu it shows only Arabic and there is no English, could you please help me with that?

In addition, is it possible to make it with only a flag?
