I am trying to: translate my website

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:hidden link

everytime i go to translate a page, i get stuck at loading, the attached, i tried everything, changed device, changed browsers went to translation management and removed not completed jobs, i even used VPN, it did not solve, the second i get redirected to hidden link i get stuck at the loading screen attached
i even tried to enter translate page from the WPML admin still same issue
i really need help

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.

Upon analyzing that particular translation job, I noticed that information like a slug, permalink, etc are missing from the header which might be causing the issue. Could you please try the following steps and see if they help in resolving the issue?

- Please go to "Settings > Permalink" and save the Permalink structure. The Permalink structure will be refreshed in this way.
- Clear the caches from your site.
- Locate the post/page that you're trying to translated and click on "Quick Edit"
- Ensure that a unique slug is used for that.
- Once the slug is confirmed, open that particular page/post in WordPress Editor and add some content within it. Most importantly, ensure that there are no such attributes that consist of corrupted values.
- Save the changes and try to update the translation.

I hope it will help. But, if the issue persists even after that, please go to "WPML > Support > Advanced Translation Editor → Error log" and share a screenshot of that page. Please make sure that the latest errors are visible within the Screenshot. I will check and let you know what to do next.
