This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are using the Woodmart theme on your website, with English as the main language and translations into Arabic. You are unable to translate the WooCommerce shop page title, as it does not appear on the String Translation page or under texts in admin screens.
Solution:
We recommend activating the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin to resolve this issue. Once activated, the translation for the shop page title should display correctly on the frontend. For more detailed guidance, please refer to our documentation: WooCommerce Multilingual.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Hi Milad,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

It could be the translation product page title or Elementor template elements. Please check them all and let me know if it helps.

If it does not help, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

The issue is resolved by activating the plugin WooCommerce Multilingual. The translation shop page title is displayed on the frontend correctly.

Refer documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/
