Hello, I would need an FTP access to check the files and logs of your server, to try and see what is wrong, since this is issue does not happen on our side / server there is no other way for me to check further and try to see what is wrong. Hello, I am answering your questions, if there is any missed, let me know and I will provide an answer. Sure, you can provide server error log and WP debug log, to see if anything can be spotted from there. Also you can check with hosting support, if there is anything they can spot from their side. But please note without FTP access, our help in debugging and solving issue is limited, since issue happens only on your server. If possible you can migrate and try on another server / local copy. Hello, thanks, I checked but there is no related errors that could tell us what is wrong with saving. Problem is not WPML title, but saving is not working when WPML is enabled, it could be some permission with server, and that it block WPML to add data in Database or similar. If possible please check with your hosting for server error logs, there should be some clue on why it fails. Let me know how it goes. Regards, |
