Hi there,

What do you mean by "translate manually by creating new website" , please provide some more details to better understand.

Regarding the warning you received, it is from Elementor and it stating that your .htaccess file might be missing.

Go to your CPANEL and access your file manager then review your directory, you should have a file called .htaccess and this is the content that should be within it per WordPress.

If you are not comfortable with making these changes or not sure where to look I suggest contacting your hosting provider's support as they should be able to resolve this from their side.
