Hello,

Thank you for the updates. Maybe you are facing this issue because of compatibility conflicts. So to make sure if possible, please do the following steps.

a) Backup your site first[Mandatory]
b) Switch for a moment to the Hello Elementor parent theme or 2023 WordPress default theme
c) Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML except the Elementor plugins
d) Then check whether the issue exists or not
e) If the issue is gone, activate the plugins as a group of three or four to find which one has an interaction issue
f) Switch back to the original theme of the site

I dont think that will resolve the issue, and the website will break. Also, my time is short for debugging these issues at the moment. I think it is the problem with custom links and WPML.
Is there another way you can help me with this problem?

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. This looks like a compatibility issue. So as per our debugging procedures, we have to make sure the bug exists in a fresh installation/minimal setup or not.

So one request, if possible. Please check whether the bug is reproducible in our sandbox site or not - hidden link

It will help us to escalate the ticket directly to our compatibility team and speed up the debugging. You can try the following steps on the sandbox site.

1) Configure WPML like your live site
2) Activate Elementor plugin
3) Activate the WPML String Translation plugin
4) Install and activate must required plugins to reproduce the issue
5) Create a page with links and translate it
