Background of the issue:
I have translated my product from English to French using WPML. I am trying to ensure that both language versions of the product display correctly on my site.

Symptoms:
When my product is translated to French, the English language product does not display well and appears messed up.

Questions:
Why is the English version of my product not displaying correctly after translation?
How can I fix the display issue with the English product on my site?

Hi,

I checked the products you mentioned. According to their URL (hidden link), English products have been trashed.

Please try the following steps for only one product:

1- Delete the English product
2- Delete it from the trash
3- Re-translate the French product
4- Check the English product on the front end

Kindly let me know if the above steps fixed the issue.

It is just showing trash URL but the product is published by us.

Thanks for your update. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
