Please note that this is not a live chat session, this is a support ticket. Depending on how full the ticket queue is, sometimes it can even take up to 24 hours to get back with a reply.
If you would prefer to have fast responses, my recommnendation is to go with a live chat session. However, issues like the current one need longer debugging time so there's a chance that my colleagues will also recommend a ticket while you are on the live chat with them.
If you would prefer a live chat session, please close this ticket by marking it as resolved and then try to open a new request.
The way the live chat system works is that, as long as there's an open slot on one of the colleagues that are handling live chats, the system will present you with the option to open a live chat (you can go here and select "report a new issue: - https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/ > then select the option on the left)
If there's no empty slots, your request is turned into a support ticket automatically.
