This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client's site is still showing as 'under development'.
Solution:
1. We recommend going to WPML > Support > Installer Support and clicking the "Check now" button.
2. If the issue persists, try to delete the site's cache.
3. If the problem is still not resolved, we encourage you to open a new support ticket with us.
