Symptoms:
Instead of duplicating the German content to Austrian, I got a duplicate of the Dutch page, with only the German page title correctly duplicated. This might be because everything else on this page is built with a page builder.
I've also added a screenshot of when i open the translation in the back-end of my site.
Questions:
Why is the German content not fully duplicating to Austrian?
Could the use of a page builder be affecting the duplication process?
Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.
Could you please share the exact steps you are following to duplicate the Posts and Pages? This will help us track the problem more effectively. Additionally, are you using any import plugins?
If possible, please share a screencast of the issue you are experiencing. This will greatly assist with our internal communications.
I tried to upload a short video of my steps but this file type doesn't seem to be allowed.
My steps are the following:
1. Go to translation management
2. Filter pages that are translated from Dutch to German
3. Select pages and copy these German pages to the Austrian language. (see screenshot)
4. The result: in translation management it says for the Austrian language: "Copy of default language"
5. When i check the Austrian translation it has only correctly copied the German title of the page, the rest of it is all from the Default language (Dutch)
Thank you for the details. Please share the screencast (video file) via Google Drive or Dropbox. In the forum, the upload limit for a file is 1 MB.
Please fill in the private details fields after a full site backup. I would like to access the admin area of your site for further checking. Refer to the following links for more details about our private information sharing policies.
Thank you for the details and login information. Sorry for the late response because of the weekend.
I have tried to reproduce the issue in a fresh installation on our sandbox site. It is working as expected when I duplicated the pages from German, it is a translation of English. Please visit the following URLs for more details.

So please create a couple of pages for testing in Dutch, and translate to German. Then check if you can duplicate it to Austrian or not.
Just tested my products and these seem to work fine. I think it may be down to the theme and page builder we're using. We're using the Flatsome theme and it seems whenever Flatsome + UX Builder is involved it doesn't work.
So: Pages, UX blocks and blog posts don't work at the moment.
Thank you for the updates. Maybe you are getting this problem because of compatibility conflicts. So to make sure if possible, please do the following steps.
a) Backup your site first [Mandatory]
b) Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like 2024
c) Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML
d) Then check whether the issue exists or not
e) If the issue is gone, activate the plugins as a group of three or four to find which one has an interaction issue
f) Switch back to the original theme of the site

Thanks!
