This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to add error messages in WPML String Translation, possibly due to a conflict with a third-party plugin.
Solution:
We recommend the following steps to isolate the issue:
1. Temporarily disable all plugins except for WPML, WCML, Woodmart, and WooCommerce.
2. Check if you are now able to add translations.
If you have a staging site, we suggest performing these tests there. Otherwise, ensure you make a full backup of your site before proceeding.

Hello,

This is Andrey—I’ll be assisting you further.

It looks like something is affecting the WPML → String Translation page, possibly a conflict with a third-party plugin.

Could you please try the following:
- Temporarily disable all plugins except WPML, WCML, Woodmart, and WooCommerce
- Then check if you’re able to add translations

If you have a staging site, I recommend testing this there. Otherwise, please make a full backup of your site before proceeding.

Let me know how it goes.
