Background of the issue:
I am trying to view the WPML 'Translation Queue' on my website. Here is the link to the page where the issue can be seen: hidden link.

Symptoms:
I see an error message saying 'Jobs could not be loaded' instead of my website's WPML Translation Queue.

Questions:
Why am I seeing the error message 'Jobs could not be loaded'?
How can I resolve the issue to view the WPML Translation Queue?

Here is my screencast.

Thanks for contacting us.

Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

1) Can you try the following:
- go to WPML - > Support -> Troubleshooting:
-- Clear the cache in WPML
-- Set language information
-- Fix terms count
-- Fix post type assignment for translations

2) go to WPML > Translation Management > Jobs.
in that page, find and cancel all the jobs that are in progress or that have the "trash bin" icon on them.

Clear your site's and server's cache and check again WPML > Translations to see if the problem is gone this time.

Let us know how it goes.
