This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with copying Avada theme data from the English version to the Arabic version. The process is stuck in a 'forever processing' state, and the client is unable to save the data. Additionally, the translated Arabic page appears disorganized, with text not aligned properly.

Solution:
1. We recommend switching the language to "All languages" in the admin area and then clicking on "Save Changes" to copy the theme options from English to other languages.
2. We successfully copied the theme settings to all languages without any issues.
3. We also imported data from English to Arabic on the client's site following the same steps.

Hi, the icons are good now, thanks.
But the translated page(Arabic) is still weird, I tried following WPML document and copy Avada theme data from English version to Arabic version, but it's forever processing.

Hi,

In this ticket, I will focus on the importing theme data issue. According to your description, you want to "copy Avada theme data from English version to Arabic version".
In the admin area, you can switch language to "All languages" and click on "Save Changes" to copy theme options from English to other languages.
Please check the screenshot attached.

Let me know if it works on your end.

I can't save data. That's the problem. I tried this "copy data to another language setting" method many times. Please help me with that.

The Avada theme is not translated well for the Arabic language, it's all a mess(text not aligned, etc,)

Hi,

I copied the theme settings to all languages and didn't see any issue, here is the screen record hidden link

Please share a screen record of what you do on your end, I will try to replicate and investigate the issue.

Thanks.

Did you copy avada theme data from English to Arabic version?
If you can do it on your end, just save it and apply it.

But I see no changes, translated Arabic page is still a mess.

If you can do it on your end, just save it and apply it.
But I see no changes, translated Arabic page is still a mess.

Hi,

I can import data from English to Arabic on your site with the same steps, here is the screen record hidden link

However, you will have the same result if you save settings in the All Languages as in my previous screen record hidden link

And in this ticket, I will focus on the importing theme data issue, not the style of elements in the frontend. I also replied to the style issue in another ticket, here is the URL https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translated-pages-error-3/#post-15197516

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks
