This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are unable to translate specific parts of your single post template created with Spectra One for Gutenberg, particularly the 'table of content' heading and its alignment.
Solution:
To translate the 'table of content' heading, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to WPML > Theme and plugins localization and select 'Scan strings in the plugins'.
2. Then, go to WPML > String Translation, search for the string, and translate it.
After these steps, the translation should appear on the frontend. For more details, refer to our documentation on finding strings that don't appear on the string translation page.

We also advise checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi,

Here is the forum ticket. I can translate the string "Table of content" with the following steps:
1. Go to WPML > Theme and plugins localization > Scan strings in the plugins.
2. Go to WPML > String Translation > Search for the string > Translate it.

Now you can see it is translated in the frontend as well. Refer documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
