This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with duplicating images and some information from the original products to their translations using WPML's Translation Management. This problem occurs despite the products being duplicated correctly for most items.
Solution:
First, ensure that the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin is active on your site, as it is crucial for proper functionality in different languages. If it's not installed, you can add it via "Plugins > Add New > Commercial tab".
Next, verify that the option to copy the image to the translation is enabled for the product by following these steps:
- Open the default product in the WordPress editor.
- In the language meta section, ensure that the options shown in this screenshot are selected.
- Update both the product and its translation.
- Clear the caches from the site and browser.
If images still do not appear in the translations, proceed with these additional steps:
- Navigate to `WPML > Settings`.
- Scroll to Media translation and click on the "Start" button, ensuring that these options are selected.
If the issue persists, it might be due to outdated solutions or specific cases not covered here. We recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If needed, please open a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to use the Translation Management to duplicate the original product to other languages as I do every time since WPML guys told me to. It usually works but not for some products, and I don't know why. Here is the link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
Images from original products aren't duplicated into the translated one. Instead of images, I got no images and some bugs because some info didn't duplicate as they should have.

Questions:
Why aren't images from the original products being duplicated into the translated ones?
What could be causing some info not to duplicate as expected?

By the way, I've updated the plugin and deleted then duplicated the product again and it still didn't work. The product is well duplicated but not its images (and I guess other stuff since there are errors). It works for most of the products though

Hello There!
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're experiencing. Upon reviewing the WPML Debug Info, I noticed that the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin is not active on your site. To ensure that all WooCommerce functionalities work correctly in other languages, it’s essential to have the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin activated.

Could you please check again after ensuring that the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin is active? If it’s not installed yet, you can do so by navigating to "Plugins > Add New > Commercial tab" and installing it from there.

If the issue continues, please verify whether the option to copy the image to the translation is enabled for the product. Follow these steps to check:

- Open the default product in the WordPress editor where the image is not being copied to the translation.
- In the language meta section, ensure that the options shown in this hidden link">screenshot are selected.
- Update both the product and its translation.
- Clear the caches from the site and browser and check the translation.

If you still don't see the images in the translated products, please do these steps:

- Please go to `WPML > Settings` and Scroll to the Media translation.
- Click on the "Start" button, ensuring hidden link">these options are selected.

I hope these steps will help in solving the issue. But, if you need further assistance, feel free to reach out. I'll be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hello, the plugin was activated but something went wrong before the debug info. We've deleted the original product and duplicated it again, all went good. Thanks
