<b>Background of the issue: </b>
I am trying to import a list of 'general'-words into the glossary using the csv-file provided as a template. Despite following the instructions, no content appears in the glossary after the 'successfully imported' popup. I also tried deleting existing entries as suggested in another ticket, but it had no effect.

<b>Symptoms: </b>
The glossary remains empty after attempting to import the csv file, even though a 'successfully imported' message is displayed.

<b>Questions: </b>
Why is the glossary empty after a successful import?
What steps should I take to ensure the glossary is filled with my content?

Again I tried using the template WPML provides, changed the content and saved the file. Uploading this, finally adopts the words.
