Hi Nicolas,

No worries, the website isn't hacked. We are using a special hosting stack. The WP-Config file is moved to a different folder for security hardening.

We enabled WP-Debug on the staging site. Logs should be on the server now.

Hello,

OK 😉

The errors you shared helped us to find the root cause. Some WooCommerce placeholder strings weren't translated correctly. %s items was translated as % articles (the "s" was missing).

I did the corrections in "WPML > String Translation" and now I'm able to see variations from your account and the Shop manager account.

Please confirm how we can replicate those changes on the production site.

Hi,

Sorry if I wasn't clear enough:
- Go to "WPML > String Translation"
- Search for "%s items"
- Check all FR translations (some are correct some are not). The placeholder is %s so in French the translation should be %s articles (if the "s" is missing it will generate an error - see screenshot from previous answer).

We modified the value and it's seems to be working fine.

Thanks for your help.
