Hello,

I read the article here : https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#easy-customizable-wp-menus-sync
And tried to translate my menus both trough the sync option and the full custom options.
I have the weirdest behavior ncluding:
- impossible to view the translated menu after saving change (but it is still indicated that the menu exists in between the ().
- the original menu has a copy of himself in the dropdown menu of the original version (french) when creating the translated menu.
- Some entries created in one menu are also created in the other menu.
- All entries created when sync the menu are not created in the translated menu but in the originale menu

Note that this is a staging website on wordpress.com. WordPress and all plugins are up to date.

Unfortunately because the website needs to go live on monday, I had to reset then delete the extension so I cannot give you access nor send you the debug info. So I am juste trying my luck to know if those behaviors are known and you would have a config or fix I can try out. Otherwise I will need to wait the go live then we can work on the staging website.

Thank you for your help.

Hi,

1) It's hard to know what is the issue without checking the menu, so I guess we will have to wait until you create a staging site.

2) Could you please share your Debug information with me after creating the staging site?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured.

Best regards,
Osama
