Background of the issue:
I am trying to manage the media library on my site hidden link using WPML. I have about 200 media items, mainly photos, that are only available in the original language, French.

Symptoms:
Some pictures in the media library are only available in French and not in the translated languages, English and German.

Questions:
Can we unlock the media items so we can add them in other languages?
