The translation may stuck in the loading phase if the translator leaves the editor before completing the translation or some network-related issues. Could you please follow the instructions mentioned in the link below and check if that helps in solving the issue? - https://wpml.org/faq/translation-status-stuck-or-displaying-the-error-wpml-didnt-manage-to-translate-this-page/#how-do-i-edit-a-stuck-page-based-on-my-chosen-translation-mode If the issue persists even after that, please go to "WPML > Support > Advanced Translation Editor ↳ Error logs" and share a screenshot of that page. make sure that the most recent errors are visible there with all the columns in the screenshot.
