I read this guide https://wpml.org/tutorials/2016/01/allow-certain-users-edit-specific-languages/

And I wanted to follow it in order to Install Toolset Access.

However, when I go to my account on wpml.org I don's see any Toolset section (as mentioned in the tutorial).

Also, I did not understand if it is free for WPML users and if not what is the cost. (In need only the access module from the complete toolset package)

Thanks!

Hi there.

That is a very old and a bit outdated article, thank you for pointing it out.

"Toolset Access" (https://toolset.com/home/types-access) is only part of an existing Toolset subscription that can be bought from toolset.com

We also have an example of how it can be used with WPML:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/how-to-use-access-plugin-to-create-editors-for-specific-language/

Only the "Toolset Types" plugin is part of the WPML membership:
https://wpml.org/download/toolset-types/?section=changelog

I hope that you will find this information helpful.
