[Resolved] Invalid character encoding on some translations when using advanced translation

I am trying to:

I want to update translations (from EN to FR), but in some cases some characters end up completely garbled.
When I submit the updated value for the field, the accented characters show correctly, but once the page is refreshed, the iso/utf encoding garbage shows up again.

Strangely it does not appear with all translation strings
