Background of the issue:
I have been charged this month for 101.44 for translations and it should not be. You can check that WPML has a bug on my website hidden link and it took time for your team to solve the issue that was coming from your side. Because of this bug, I had to make tests and ask several times to retranslate the same page again and again, but it was always stuck.
Symptoms:
I should not be charged for those translations. All translations are done for the same home page repeatedly.
Questions:
Can you check the invoice ATE-1043645 and process a refund for the incorrect charges?
